　1. 和客戶認識比較久，連續(xù)的溝通，內容相對也比較簡單。但這里要強調的一點是，無論客戶回復郵件是否有稱呼，我們自己必須要有稱呼，而且使用dear，要形成習慣。

　2. 說到價格問題，避免直接拒絕。比如，“不行，我就這個價格，你能做就做，不能做就不做”。溝通也是要循序漸進的，價格可以慢慢平衡?？腿俗尣降耐瑫r，自己可以讓的也要適當地讓步;不能讓的，要多做解釋說明，讓人信服。
